2020 Toyota Supra First Public Appearance at Chicago Auto Show
The Chicago Auto Show is one of the most exciting times of the year for drivers. With plenty of new vehicles on display, along with the most innovative technologies, the Chicago Auto Show is a can’t miss experience. While drivers can expect these new vehicles, some of them are making their first appearances at the show. Let’s take a look at the 2020 Toyota Supra making its first public appearance at the Chicago Auto Show.
While the last Supra model was released more than 20 years ago, the Supra is coming back in full swing with the upcoming 2020 Supra model. At this year’s Chicago Auto Show, the Toyota GR Supra is making its first public appearance which is sure to draw plenty of attention from car fans.
Outside of its exciting and stylish design, what sets apart the Supra from other sports cars is its incredible power, precision and agility on the roads. This is thanks in part to the Supra’s rear wheel design, along with a low center of gravity and optimal weight balance. Powering the new 2020 Supra is a 3.0-liter twin-scroll turbocharged inline six-cylinder engine. This engine is able to produce an incredible 335 horsepower and 365 lb-ft of torque and is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
While easily one of the highlights of the entire show, the 2020 Supra isn’t the only vehicle that Toyota will have on display. In fact, Toyota also brought some of their biggest and most highly anticipated vehicles with appearances by the 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser Heritage Edition, 2019 Toyota RAV and new Toyota Tundra PIE Pro.
