Which one to pick?
If you want high mpg over anything else, then there’s no competition. The Hybrid LE wins hand-over-fist with its 53/52/52 mpg spread. However, if you don’t like hybrids or want something with more features, then the XLE and XSE trims for the sedan and hatchback are the fully-loaded options. They have the “worst” CVT gas mileage due to the extra weight, but just barely. For stick-shift enthusiasts, gas mileage is up to par with the CVTs. No matter which you choose, you’ve chosen well.
