The new 2020 model year has begun! Even though many of the newest vehicles are still months away from release, Toyota has gotten off to a strong start thanks to the release of new models such as the Sienna minivan and the popular Corolla sedan. To help drivers decide between which model year vehicle fits them best, we wanted to take a look at the differences between the 2019 Toyota Corolla vs the 2020 Toyota Corolla.
The new Corolla is more than just a carryover for 2020, as the sedan sees improvements across the board, especially in terms of performance. When creating the new 2020 Corolla, the team at Toyota gave the sedan an all-new dynamic design built on the TNGA platform, which led to more agility on the roads and comfort on the inside for passengers. For increased performance, a new 2.0-liter dynamic force engine is also available, which is able to generate 169 horsepower. 2020 also marks the first model year for the new Corolla Hybrid in the United States.
