The 2021 Avalon Hybrid has lots of standard connectivity features regardless of the trim you choose. Standard features include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Amazon Alexa, Bluetooth, SiriusXM satellite radio, a Wi-Fi hotspot, a 9-inch touchscreen, and five USB ports. A few features are available at higher trims, including GPS-linked navigation, wireless smartphone charging, and a 14-speaker JBL audio system.
The 2021 Avalon Hybrid also excels at safety. Every model comes standard with the following driver assistive features: forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, automatic high-beam headlights, and a rearview camera. As with the connectivity features, there are more driver assistive feature available at higher trims. Such additions include a surround-view parking camera system, front and rear parking sensors, rear cross traffic braking, and a heads-up display.
