I just purchased a 2024 Toyota Sienna Limited with AWD, 2.5l hybrid engine, lane keeping assistance, navigation, bucket seats (front & 2d row) dynamic cruise control, & a lot of other convenient & modern features from CMA’s Toyota of Martinsburg. I have purchased about 27 new cars/trucks/SUVs and prefer to go to CMA because of their pleasant staff, great selection, and competitive pricing. I always begin my shopping experience online by requesting an out-the-door (OTD) quote from at least four dealers. CMA provided the best pricing and had a good selection (they seem to have the best vehicle selection and configurations in WV, MD, & VA). They had a few vehicles that I liked sitting on their lot. My first interaction was with Allison who forwarded my request for an OTD quote to Jonathan Jaeger, the sales manager. Jonathan sent the quote within a couple of hours. Since it was the best price I received out of 6 dealership quotes, I decided to drive 180 miles to pick it up. It was a long drive, but proved to be worth it. When I showed up I received the exact price & exact vehicle that I was promised. My salesman, Kagen Teets, provided me with a nice test drive, helped with the initial paperwork, & provided a thorough introduction to my new Sienna. He guided me thru the process to set up my new Toyota owner’s account via the Toyota app. Tyler Staddon from the business office prepared and finalized all the paperwork & financing and carefully explained all the additional extended warranty coverages available. CMA has been selling cars for a long time and has earned a reputation (in my opinion) of providing a friendly, honest sales buying experience. No pressure. No gimmicks. No old school tricks. I hope to buy my next Toyota or Chevrolet vehicle from CMA’s Toyota of Martinsburg.
Wyatt Mullenax just recently sold me on a fully loaded 2024 Tacoma SR5. He was super respectful and responsive throughout the process and always had the answer or would find it for me. A salesmen I would go to every time! I also must add an extra shout out to Wyatt and the CMA team because they worked with me fully remotely. I’m from Pittsburgh and this dealer is about 4 hours away. They gave me a great value on my trade and a deal I couldn’t pass up. I would definitely continue to work with Wyatt and CMA in the future.
I would say, my best experience of car buying in recent years. I live in Maryland and was looking for a new Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE. First off, I was having tough time finding one in the color I wanted, and if I did find one, majority of the Maryland Toyota dealers were acting like it was still 2021-2022. So much attitude and little to no willingness to sell the vehicle. Well, after looking for a Corolla Cross for a couple of weeks in MD and VA, I widened my search to 100 miles from my zip code and came across CMA's Toyota, and I am glad I did. From the start till the finish, the experience was one of the best, if not THE best, experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. I was initially in touch with one of the managers, Ashley Olson, who was pretty quick in responding to my inquiry, and had absolutely zero issues sending me an Out-The-Door price over email, most of the dealerships in MD flat-out declined to provide me one. After her initial responses, I was connected to their sales person Travis, or T.J., for further communication and I will like to mention that Travis was an exceptional Sales person. He was more than willing to work with me, without any type of attitude or delay. He was extremely prompt and quick with his email responses, and wasted no time. When I arrived at the dealership, he was already ready with my car, cleaned and topped off with gas, up at the entrance. Once we started the process, I told my brother, who was my ride there that we should pitch our tents because, based on my previous car buying experiences, we will be there for a while to get the process completed, and I was dead wrong. Keith, CMA’s finance manager, took barely 15 minutes to get everything signed and get my temp tags ready. Not only that, he was absolutely zero-pressure guy. He did not try to upsell me any add-ons or extras. We went over the list of any optional items, but he did not try to over sell any of them to me, which is a MAJOR plus for me. All in all, from the time we got at the lot, till the time we drove away in the new vehicle, it took us an hour and a half (rounded up), which included a short test drive of the vehicle, and looking around at another vehicle as well, which must be the quickest vehicle purchase I ever did in my 20 years of vehicle buying. It could be because I paid by personal check, but even in the past when I paid in personal check, it still took longer than an hour and a half. I could not be happier with my experience, and quite frankly, with the recent madness of extreme price hikes of vehicles and shortage of inventory, I was not looking forward to my vehicle purchase, but I am glad that CMA's Toyota staff made it as painless as possible, for which, I cannot thank you enough! *** This review is going to be a multi-platform review, meaning, I will be posting it on other review sites as well ***
I have to say, my wife and I were impressed with the customer services, (SALES) We did not plan on purchasing a vehicle that evening, but because of how the sales lady worked with us.we seen a person that was looking at what we needed and not just trying to sell a car. She cared about who we were and what we needed in a Vehicle.

We were stopping for the night on our way from North Carolina to Pennsylvania. Josh Nelson and Tristan Facello were great arranging for us to be able to use the service charge station to top off our plug-in hyrbrid.
We were traveling between PA and NC and had an issue with our Rav4 Hybrid. We stopped here and the service department helped us right away and helped us continue on our trip that afternoon. They were so kind and helpful! Their service department personnel are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable and the facilities are welcoming and clean. I would highly recommend them for service.
When we were hit by a moving truck in Colorado in June and our new Highlander Hybrid was totaled, our local dealerships basically told us to leave a deposit and "wait in line" for 6-12 months. I searched dealerships across the country and couldn't get any help until CMA owner Liza Myers Borches stepped in, connected me with Jason Wolfe and David Boone who went so far above and beyond to find me a replacement vehicle that it left me in shock and awe. Up to this point, I'd had either fine or poor experiences with dealerships but this one is truly something extraordinary. I have never felt more cared about when buying a car (especially under such traumatizing circumstances) and when Jason said he was going to give it his all, I knew I was connected with a human being with a big heart, not just a salesperson. I can never say enough positive things about this dealership and even though I live 1600 miles away, you better believe I'm going to recommend them to everyone and reach out to them first for my future Toyotas - they are THAT AMAZING!

Jane Horning responded to me from my web inquiries Jonathan Jaeger is the sales manager who responded to me after hours Keith Barrow is the salesman who sold me the car Niki Slaughter is the Finance Manager ALL of them was very efficient, professional, and helpful!! What you NEED to know is that this dealership does NOT do any mark ups on their cars! With the current wait/supply of cars, many dealers add mark ups to their vehicle and just call it "market rate." This dealership is also very transparent in what they do and in the pricing they have. I initially worked with Jane and Jonathan for the vehicle that I wanted. I knew I had to wait but they reached out to me as soon as the vehicle got to their dealership! The Vehicle had 6 miles after I drove it around and bought it! Keith and Niki were very helpful and did not pressure me to buy anything I didn't want to buy. They broke down the price and I bought the option I wanted. That's the other thing! This dealership did not haggle, there was no feeling that any person took advantage of the other, on either side. I highly reccomend this dealership and every person I mentioned!! If every dealership/personnel was like this, the industry would have an amazing reputation! Thank you all!!

Although I did not get a car I wanted to personally shout out Mike Flowers and Ryan Stelf. They not only were professional and very helpful they took the time to listen and comprehend my own personal need, I made an error and applied to the wrong toyota and that blocked me from getting a car when I intended to but I will def be back and referr anybody to these two guys! Get a car from someone who cars like those two do, They are consistent and considerate. we lack that so much now a days, they are rare! thanks Mike and Ryan : )

Maybe its because I am a regular here and they know me by name, but they consistently go above and beyond the call of duty for me. This time, after quoting a price for my routine maintenance that I was happy with, they found a couple of discount coupons for my work and applied them to my bill and charged me significantly less than the price they had quoted me.
Salesman Jeff Vohar is awesome. He listened to what we wanted, showed us several options, and was very helpful without being pushy or overbearing. The rest of the staff we interacted with were all pleasant and professional as we went through the financing process. Very happy with our new Chevy truck. Would definitely recommend Apple Valley.
My husband and I have been purchasing vehicles for several years from Apple Valley, Martinsburg, WV. Our sales representative, Vaughn Russell, is one of the main reasons we keep returning to this dealership. Vaughn is always concerned about putting us in the right vehicle to fit our needs and doesn’t disappear after the sale. He stays in contact to ensure we are completely satisfied. We appreciate his honesty and integrity and the relationship we have developed. I purchased a Cheverlot but the drop down box did not provide this option for the brand.
This was my first time stepping foot in a dealership to acquire a new vehicle in many, many years. I was a bit apprehensive about hidden fees and pushy salesmen. I was completely blown away by the staff at Miller Toyota. They were transparent through the entire process--carefully explaining fees and terms of our agreement--and answering all of my questions very openly. Lance Cote--the dealer I worked with--was flexible and helped me put together a great deal on a new Highlander that fit my budget. When the model I was after was not available on the lot he arranged to have one brought from a different Toyota lot on PA that same day! No hidden fees and very transparent process. The whole process working with Lance was very easy. I highly recommend him and the dealership with zero reservations. This is the only dealership that I plan on doing business with in the future.
The Service center is user friendly, efficient, comfortable, and clean. The staff is pleasant and thorough with a complete explanation of the work/service performed. I love the on-line scheduling, the ease and speed with which my vehicle is cared for.

We had been looking online for a Prius c for my daughter for several months, when we came across Apple Valley Toyota. We had gone to several other dealers whose cars were not as nice as advertised and who sales people were quite pushy. We were somewhat hesitant about making the 48 Mile Drive to Apple Valley Toyota, but decided to give it a try anyway. We were pleasantly surprised by Apple Valley Toyota and glad we made the trip. Our sales person was David Boone. He was very informative without being overbearing or obnoxious. He gave us several options for test driving the car in different situations. He did not pressure us in any way, and the car was exactly as advertised. We ended up buying the car and David was very competent with the paperwork. The advertised price of the car was fair and the dealer was willing to negotiate without a lot of back and forth between the salesperson and the manager. At previous dealerships, we have spent entire afternoons while a salesperson went back and forth to the manager to negotiate with little result for cars that were grossly overpriced to begin with, so this was a refreshing change. We financed the car through the dealership and that process was a breeze also. Overall, we got a great car at a great price, and it was a pleasure doing business with Apple Valley Toyota. I would highly recommend the dealership and David Boone as a salesperson
