Nick was an amazing salesman! He was patient and answered every question. The negotiation with the sales team was brief which was great. However I didn’t really care for their initial offer. There was plenty of flex on their part so that tells me there was a lot of room in their initial offer. I understand you’re a business and need to make money but don’t be insulting. Just come with your strongest offer first. Our finance guy was awesome! No BS! And I appreciated that. Didn’t try to upsell us on everything under the sun. He was the icing on the cake for our total experience. This is our 3rd vehicle from your dealership and we will continue to be customers. Thanks again
