Surprisingly fast and easy place to purchase a car! Very responsive and without the dealer games I've experienced at other dealerships. They will offer you add-ons like other dealers, but they do not pressure you or play games. Arman answered my questions directly without trying to spin things around. He was very knowledgeable, transparent, and honest about the car I was interested in. Since I was coming in from 2 hours away, he sent me a video walkaround and inspection of the vehicle so that I could see things in real time. He even had a service technician take a look at the vehicle to answer one of my questions before I arrived. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. My experience here makes me want to buy all future cars from Arman. This is what a car buying experience should be like in 2026. Some dealers just don't get it and are living in the past. These guys know how to be a reputable and respectable dealership.

I had my appt time wrong by 1/2 hr- they went ahead & took me. (+) I was a bit upset that no one told me when scheduling that this recall/software update could take 2 - 2 1/2 hrs, as I was told when I got there; however, long story short, it only took an hour- so glad I didn’t get a ride after all. So was very pleased with that. Staff is on point in the bay & able to answer ?s. Knowledgeable.
