The CMA Toyota team worked very hard to get me the deal that I wanted. Shout out to TJ Cromwell and the team for making it happen! Their process flows are smooth and efficient. No sitting around at the dealership for hours on end with back-and-forth between the sales team, the manager and you. They’re all about purchasing at your own pace.
I had my appt time wrong by 1/2 hr- they went ahead & took me. (+) I was a bit upset that no one told me when scheduling that this recall/software update could take 2 - 2 1/2 hrs, as I was told when I got there; however, long story short, it only took an hour- so glad I didn’t get a ride after all. So was very pleased with that. Staff is on point in the bay & able to answer ?s. Knowledgeable.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. My vehicle was completed within the timeframe I was told and they have an app that allows you to track their progress. I have 2 minor complaints. The app never indicated that my vehicle was ready. It stated they were still doing finishing touches. The second complaint was that they left the plastic on the seat and the paper mat on the floor. After taking my truck to another dealership for very poor service, I greatly appreciated my CMA experience.

I’ve been a Toyota owner for almost 30 years and I can honestly say, without any reservations, that CMA Toyota in Martinsburg, WV is the best deslership I have ever dealt with as a customer.
Mike handled our purchase of the new Rav4 and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. We highly recommend CMA in Martinsburg. Buying a car in state as opposed to VA made it a lot easier as well with tags and inspection. We will definitely be back.
Service was prompt, actually a little less than an hour. Only complaint is they could have filled my cars washer fluid. Seriously, 135$ for oil change and tire rotation could definitely include 75 cents worth of windshield washer fluid.
It was a no pressure experience. Brennan was our exceptional salesman. Very polite and respectful. Very much recommend him for your needs. All the team members were very helpful with the whole process. Everything was fast and efficient. Thank you for a great experience.

Allyssa Norton was awesome. She knows everything about the new 2027 equinox she made the paperwork simple gassed it up. Had it cleaned brand new car went for a test drive. She has amazing and anyone who would not keep her as a sales person and give her a promotion well basically not in the right mind. Prius recall fix
Took my 2021 Camry in for an oil change and rotate tires. Work was completed in a timely manner.
Took my car in for the first routine maintenance check and the service staff was friendly and explained everything to us and we were out in a timely manner!
Difficult at first, typical used car sales person but finally came around. After that, smooth sailing!!
I enjoy their service. Its always so convenient. Drop off in the morning before work then its always ready by the time my day ends

We bought a Rav4 at CMA Toyota. The salesman was Nick Shoberg. He made the experience fun and showed us any car we wanted to drive. He was very knowledgable and answered all our questions and was very patient. Purchasing the car was very quick and painless. Shawn was great, super nice. The oil change & tires rotation took longer than expected an hour and 40 mins. It was nice out so we didn't mind too much. Probably will find another place to go next time.
