We bought a Rav4 at CMA Toyota. The salesman was Nick Shoberg. He made the experience fun and showed us any car we wanted to drive. He was very knowledgable and answered all our questions and was very patient. Purchasing the car was very quick and painless. Everyone was very friendly and would highly recommend this dealership and salesman to others. Very professional.

From the time I scheduled my appointment until the end everyone was very courteous and friendly. They welcomed me with a smile made sure I knew what was going on and since I was waiting they told how long it would take. This is such a big improvement when they were under their old name. I would not hesitate to take my car back again. Excellent customer service!!!

He asked all the right questions, never pushing us. Once we came to a decision, Nick made the paperwork process a breeze. He was incredibly professional, personable, and efficient. Shawn was great, super nice. The oil change & tires rotation took longer than expected an hour and 40 mins. It was nice out so we didn't mind too much. Probably will find another place to go next time.

I came in for first service at 5K mikes for a 2026 4Runner. The service writer took photos of the front and back of the car, told me it would be about 90 minutes, and asked if I was dropping off or waiting for my vehicle.
I received text messages and emails updating me on the progress.

Nick was an amazing salesman! He was patient and answered every question. The negotiation with the sales team was brief which was great. However I didn’t really care for their initial offer. There was plenty of flex on their part so that tells me there was a lot of room in their initial offer. I understand you’re a business and need to make money but don’t be insulting. I have waited a couple months to write this.. I brought my car in for a service and paid extra for a few cleanings, etc. paid around $3400. Picked up my car and it's sputtering and stalled out. I drive it back and they give me some bogus "you need a new sensor" story. I needed my car so I pay an additional $500 for a sensor. I just purchased a RAV 4 SUV from CMA Martinsburg and the process was great. Matt is a fantastic salesperson. Went over the entire vehicle with me. Tyler (Finance Manager) went over the paperwork seamlessly and with excellent knowledge of all aspects of it. What a great team!!!
