Correctly identified the problem with my car (a mistake I had made), and they even tried to get the cost of the diagnostic covered under a recall but were denied by corporate. Had my car back to me within a few hours on a busy Friday. Recommend.
I've been to CMA on several occasions, sometimes for service and sometimes to discuss purchasing a different vehicle. CMA has a wide selection of new and used vehicles, the sales people listen when you explain what you're looking for, and you don't feel pressured to make an immediate decision. From the warm greeting you receive when you arrive at their location to the last signature on the financial documents, you have that comfortable feeling of knowing you were treated well by professionals.
Overall I had a great experience at CMA of Toyota. This was my first time buying from a dealership and I was wary of the negative stories you hear. I put a deposit down on a 2026 Sienna while it was in transit and was able to leave with it the day after it arrived. I worked with David Boone, he was straight forward and didn’t try to push/hide any fees. He genuinely seems like a good guy. I’d buy from them again 👍🏻

The mechanics were great, but the car is not. I have a Rav4 with very dangerous "safety" features which I requested to be disengaged. This was done twice, but the car overrides the disengagement and the "safety" features make this the most dangerous car I've ever driven.
The customer service at CMA was pretty good Their inspection notified me of issues that need addressed.

I worked with Madison Lear, who was a wonderful guide to the cars I was looking for. Without being high-pressure or pushy, she got a sense of what I wanted and my readiness to buy. She answered my questions, and I felt like I had the space to think about the car choices. They were willing to give me more for my trade-in and offered excellent financing. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable.

I had a question about my tire pressure and now being able to get the indicator light to turn off. I showed up without an appointment and Josh came out and put air in all my tires and answered my questions. He was very accommodating and didn’t charge me a penny!!!! Great service!!

The dealership is always busy (which is great) but I really don’t feel like the employees are very knowledgeable. I had to talk to 3 different people about what fluid they would be using in my 24 tundra for a transmission service only to be told Toyota CVT fluid (which is 100% the incorrect fluid). The young lady had no idea and finally just told me to speak to a service advisor. But good luck trying to talk to one on the phone. I’ve emailed, called, and left messages. Still no answer if the bulk fluid is OEM or aftermarket.

I visited Cma for a oil change and tire rotation, but realized at the time my inspection sticker had expired. They added it into the appointment and took care of me. I was very grateful.
Allyssa was the best person I could’ve asked for when looking for a new car! She was so sweet, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. I went in not knowing exactly what I was looking for, but she walked me through everything and made sure I had all the information I needed. Josh was excellent. I came in without an appointment for that day and he went beyond what was necessary to help me out. Josh is a service professional that really gets it and I greatly appreciate his help in taking care of me on short notice. Amazing customer service! I had a 4:30 appointment and I was home with a new truck before 8:00 (I was signing paperwork around 6:30). That was after a test drive and looking at a couple other trucks. They met my price with zero back and forth…they just made it happen. Since I didn’t have a trade and drove my wife’s car to the dealership, they delivered my new truck to my house (I live approximately 30 min from the dealership). I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
I popped in without an appointment and they fit me in. I waited a while but I had time, everyone was nice and they rotated my tires.
This dealership really worked with me and within the parameters and time constraints I set. Travis Cromwell was a great sales rep and went above and beyond to assist with all of my needs. This was definitely the best Toyota dealer I’ve been to so far for all the years I’ve had been a Toyota customer. I’m excited to be driving my brand new Tacoma SR5.
